In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious prejudice, Logiqc undertakes to take the measures required by law, including notifying the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec and the persons concerned, where applicable.
Transfers outside Québec
When personal information is disclosed outside Quebec, we ensure that adequate safeguards are in place, in accordance with legal requirements.
Minors
The Site is not intended for minors under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
